How I Do It

When I write my personal books and blogs, once I find a strong opening line (it may happen right away or it may take a while), I’m ready to dig in, lose time, let my fingers fly across the keyboard and watch my story flow onto the page.

When I work with a client, one size does not fit all. Since we all think, create, and express ourselves uniquely, I drop into detective mode to find the most effective, encouraging, and productive way to work with each individual. I do my best to pick up someone else’s voice and help tell his or her story in the most intelligent and authentic way possible so a reader will be inspired to keep turning those pages.
